Details
Adversity Studio reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions as it wishes. The date the Terms and Conditions were last modified can be found at the top of this page. By making a purchase on AdversityStudio, you accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions. If the terms and conditions change after your purchase, you are still subject to those changes after the 3-day period. Adversity Studio will do its best to notify all customers of these changes.

Wet Weather And Rescheduling
Adversity Studio is not responsible for unfortunate weather events. In the event of wet weather, the client may choose to postpone the shoot by notifying the photographer at least 2 hours prior to the shoot. Once agreed, the client can reschedule the shoot free of charge, but information about the new shoot must be sent to us at least 7 days before the new shoot date.
If the client decides to proceed with the shoot, in case of rainy weather you will have to pay a delay fee of $50 and the remaining time can be used. Again, new capture information must be sent to us at least 7 days before the new scan date.

Covid-19 Restrictions
Adversity Studio will also follow all government policies. Bookings that violate these policies will not be refunded. Do check with us the studio cap. Changes in Covid-19 policy will also be strictly adhered to and Adversity Studio reserves the right to stop filming if these measures are not followed. Additionally, Adversity Studio does not allow cancellation of footage if Covid-19 policies change, but it can be rescheduled.
 Payment and Refunds
Payment must be made one day before your photo session. Late payments are only allowed under certain circumstances, at the discretion of Adversity Studio. For deposit and payment after the session, you must pay within 24 hours of the end of the session to avoid a late payment fee of $50

After your photo session you will receive 5 photos best photo (except for shoots such as product, subject matter as determined by Adversity Studio) within 3 business days (this must be communicated to the photographer prior to photo delivery, or Adversity Studio will skip the process and deliver all edited photos to the customer). If photo quality suits you, you can request that the rest of the photos (All Non-Watermark) be sent within 5 business days, no RAW files will be delivered. However, when you choose to do so, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. In case you are not satisfied with our sample photos, you can contact us at Askadversitystudio@gmail.com to request a refund. However, any refunds will ultimately be determined at AdversityStudio's discretion. If at any time the customer cannot be contacted for 12 consecutive hours, all photos will be returned to the customer with no possibility of a refund.

After final delivery of an image, an additional $30 will be charged for re-editing. The image will be stored in online storage for one week before being automatically deleted.

All photos are provided with an unlimited number of edited photos, meaning that those that do not meet the requirements will be selected and rejected by Adversity Studio, the remaining photos will be edited and delivered to the customer. Editing is made but there will be no enhancements such as but not limited to changing the background of the captured photo, slimming enhancements, face enhancement to smooth skin, etc. No additional edits are provided, otherwise a $30 retouch fee will be charged for each retouch of the set.

No refunds will be issued if the booking is canceled or incorrectly booked.

Copyright and Media Publication and Privacy Policy
Adversity Studio owns the copyright to all photos taken and is free to use for publishing, advertising or any other purpose. Buyers of Adversity Studio services warrant that they are solely responsible that each person in the image consents to the use of Adversity Studio's photo as mentioned above and that they will indemnify or defend Adversity Studio or the photographer on site in case there is any dispute regarding this matter. Adversity Studio reserves the right to share all customer data with FaceBook and Google, and may send you emails, text messages and WhatsApp marketing.

Speed Editing and Video Montages
To edit and edit videos quickly, customers need to finalize the song selection (1-3 minutes). Color quality and image choice are at the discretion of the photographer and logos must be communicated and provided in advance. There will be no special effects, only a fade transition. Any re-edit of the video will cost an additional $150.

Failure to Deliver Service
If the photographer is unable to deliver the photograph due to unforeseen external causes such as fire, the photographer's illness, the photographer's personal emergencies, then Adversity Studio will issue a refund to the customer. but no other liability.

This limitation of liability also applies in the event that an image is damaged during processing, is lost due to camera or software malfunction, is lost in the mail, or is lost or damaged in any other way, without fault of the photographer.

If Photographer fails to deliver for any other reason, Photographer and Adversity Studio will not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of Client's order. The client releases Adversity Studio from all liabilities, claims and damages, injury or loss of life that may arise from the circumstances of accidents or unexpected incidents that may occur during the session, this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

Lateness to Shoot
If the client is late to the event, the time the photographer waits will also be considered shooting time because the photographer is waiting for the client there.

Studio time includes equipment setup time as our studio is shared hourly. The extensions will be ranked proportionally. Note that on a regular basis, extensions are also subject to photographer availability. For payment of extension, this must be done within 24 hours of renewal, or a $50 late fee will be charged for every day the payment is delayed.
 

Request of Change of Details and Providing of Details
Changes to shooting time and location will be made at least 1 week in advance and can be rescheduled within 1 month. Any changes made near this date are at the discretion of Adversity Studio. If the information provided in the form is incorrect and Adversity Studio is unable to contact the client, Adversity Studio is not liable for the shoot not being covered and will not issue a refund, but the hours can be rescheduled accordingly. We are an officially registered company with SSIC Code in photography.

For reschedule shoots, Adversity Studio may incur an additional fee ($50), especially if done a week in advance. The amount to be paid will be determined by Adversity Studio on a case-by-case basis.

If a customer booking has not been completed prior to shooting, an urgent fee may be charged. If the form is filled out incorrectly or is not submitted prior to the shoot and the photographer is unable to do so, Adversity Studio has sole discretion as to how much emergency fees are charged and is allowed to withhold the deposit and cancel the shoot.
 

Urgent Shoots
When you engaged Adversity Studio less than 7 days in advance, this is subject to photographer availability and will not be refunded. Instead, the client can simply schedule the shoot at another convenient time.

If the shoot is booked less than a week in advance, you will also be charged a $50 admin fee as well.

Late bookings submitted 72 hours before the shoot will not be processed. Instead, clients must guarantee at least 72 hours for us to appoint a photographer.
 

Delayed Bookings
For bookings rescheduled after the shooting date, it is subject to photographer availability. Additionally, for reservations that are carried forward to a future whereby there is a change in price, the order value will be cash in and be converted to a redeemable voucher.

For rescheduling

 No additional rescheduling fees will apply with 7 days notice of the next booking date. The photographer assigned will be subject to availability and assigned accordingly.

Providing of RAW Files
The RAW files can be provided for the selected photos from the photographer at an additional cost of $80.
 

Additional Charges
Additional charges may be incurred very rarely in cases whereby a permit will be required to shoot at certain spots, etc. This will be charged in the form of admin fees. There will be additional charges for editing and revisions as well, which can be discussed with our photographer.

For discounted packages, the number of hours cannot be split up accordingly.
